Locating Buyers

Typically, buyers will first find a home on Realtor.com (or any one of the many other real estate sites where your home will also be listed) and then contact a real estate agency to show them the property. The Buyer’s Agent then reviews the home sale information on the MLS, your commission offer, and if acceptable, contacts you directly to schedule a home showing. You will be compensating the Buyer Agent if you offer to do so in your listing. There are thousands and thousands of real estate Buyer Agents in the Delaware Valley area eager to locate a home for the many active buyers. It is indeed a market for “Sale By Owner” properties!
