The only fee for New Trend Realty Services® is $329.00. This one-time fee will keep your house listed for up to six (6) months. There will be NO OTHER FEES unless you agree to additional real estate services with an attorney or any other agency that you may locate and determine appropriate to assist you with the sales transaction following termination of the New Trend Realty Services®. The New Trend Realty Services® end at time you receive an acceptable offer to purchase your home or an offer that warrants a counter-offer. If the accepted offer does not go to settlement, New Trend Realty will at your request reactivate your listing at no charge.

The $329.00 fee will list your property (with up to 12 pictures) on the TREND Multiple Listing Service (typically same day but allow up to 24 hours) and a Showcase Listing on Realtor.com (within 48 hours) for a period of up to six (6) months. The Showcase Listing includes up to 12 pictures, Enhanced Customer Remarks, Special Message and Headline. You can change the listing price or cancel and have your listing withdrawn at any time. State law requires these requests to be in writing. Forms for your written notices are provided to you.

You will be asked to offer an appropriate real estate brokerage fee in the form of a Buyer's Agent commission. You may be requested by a Buyer’s Agent, who introduces a Buyer with an acceptable offer, to pay this Buyer Agency fee (commission). Typically, a Buyer Agency fee is from one to three percent of the sales price. This fee is negotiable under requirement of state law. You will agree in advance to that fee (a minimum of one percent) by completion of the multiple listing property information forms so Buyer Agents are aware of the value to them in introducing your property to their prospective buyers.

Keep in mind that if you sell your home yourself without the assistance of a real estate agent you pay no Buyer's Agent commissions. As an example, suppose a Buyer learns about your home by your sign, your sales efforts or even on Realtor.com, and contacts you directly. If that Buyer purchases your home without the assistance of an agent, you do not pay the Buyer Agent's commission offered on the multiple listing form!

Listing your home with a full service agency is costly. Perhaps $18,000.00 for a $300,000.00 house! The beauty of New Trend Realty’s FIRST STEP brokerage service is that you control your sale costs, thereby saving home value dollars. Your savings can be used as “Settlement Costs” on your next home. And unlike most of the “Flat Fee, Sell Yourself” (usually national) web companies, New Trend Realty is not a referral service who farms out your business.
